Modifying or Cancelling an Order

If you would like to modify or cancel an order, please contact us on klantenservice@pepz.nl.

However, please note the following conditions:

1. If the payment of the order is lacking, the order is automatically cancelled. 
2. If the order has been paid but not shipped it may be cancelled or modified if this does not result in a financial loss for Pepz.nl.
3. If the order has already been shipped it may no longer be cancelled. You can in such an instance return the unopened product to Pepz.nl and the product amount will be returned to your account. Before doing so, ensure to contact Customer Service in advance for us to be aware of your return. 

EXEMPTIONS

Some products cannot be cancelled or returned, such as;

- T-shirts with a personally designed print
- Printed t-shirts with name.
- Personalized gift wrapping and cards.


AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION

Any ordered products remain the property of Pepz.nl until payment has been received. An order is reserved for a maximum of 5 working days and will be re-offered for sale after this.
