In-stock product orders placed and paid before 16:00 during business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
The moment your order is ready for shipping you will receive an e-mail from us. The status of the delivery will then be set to 'delivered'. This means the package has been shipped from our end. If your order is sent as parcel, you can track its location online.
For international shipments the phone number of the recipient will be placed on the package. This to ensure the earliest possible delivery as advised by Post.nl. Thus double check that you insert the correct phone number on your personal account.
For orders within the Netherlands we have an estimated delivery time of a few days, but for some deliveries it can take longer. Usually we ship your order the same day or next business day if the products are in stock. For international deliveries you need to expect a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. This depends on the time of payment and the type of package.
If a product is not in stock, this will be stated in the product description. If, for some reason, a product that is stated as in stock would not be available our Customer Service would contact you concerning any delay in delivery time.
We collaborate with Post.nl - known to be reliable and fast. From our experience, a package for delivery within the Netherlands takes only one to two days to reach its destination. If you are not home at the time of delivery the mailman will leave a notice in your mailbox. After two attempts to deliver you will be able to collect the package at a collection point.
