Notice: Letterbox packages are sent without tracking service.
For parcel packages, you will receive a tracking code through e-mail. This gives you the chance to track and follow the movement of your order after shipment. This can be done through the website of Post.nl and through your customer account with us.
The fist scanning time at Post.nl of a package is in the evening of the dispatch. You can from that point track your order. We make our shipments via the business services department of Post.nl.
The process is the same for letterbox packages and parcels.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox informing you about a second attempt of delivery the following day. If you once again miss the delivery, you will be able to collect it at the nearest post office.

Pepz.nl is not liable for packages once shipped. It rarely happens that packages are lost, but please get in touch with is if you would experience that your delivery is taking too long.
Is it possible to place an order pick for pick-up?
Yes, you can pick up an order with us in Amsterdam. You would first need to place your order online. After we have processed it, you would get a notification when it is ready for collection. Such an order is without shipping costs. After receiving our notification, ensure to make an appointment with us for your pick-up time.
